How would someone at Level 4 energy respond to the circumstance you just described?
How would someone at Level 5 energy respond to the circumstance you just described?
How would someone at Level 6 energy respond to the circumstance you just described?
How would someone at Level 7 energy respond to the circumstance you just described?
At which level do you think you’ve been responding to the situation?
At which level would you prefer to respond?
Consciously choose to respond to the situation you wrote about, or any new situation that comes up this week, in the way that you’d prefer. How well did your new response work for you? If it didn’t go as desired, how else can you choose to respond that will get you the result you want?
