To define anything, for conscious reality to exist, there must be a pair of opposites. For example, there cannot be a light without a darkness. With no dark, how can light be?

Without each other, they cannot be.

Another example is hot and cold. Nothing can be labeled hot without the knowledge of cold. It is good to understand the degrees, or poles, but an additional step is necessary to get the whole picture...

“Zoom out, Zoom out”

When you widen your view, away from the poles, you find it’s true nature. They integrate into a conscious form.

All opposites can be viewed together as One. In this, we lose a sense of judgment (Good-Bad) and we can begin to see WHAT IS.
That is integration. That is balance.
That is wholeness.
