Conclusion Of The Shadow.
Well it has been a fairly dark series of content.
Why?
Sometimes the truth is messy. Truth is painful. Truth has teeth. But, as they say,
“The truth will set you free!”

We all are beautiful people with our own individual uniqueness. We have different hobbies and joys. We are all so powerful, more powerful that we credit ourselves. I can promise you this...

One thing that steals our power is this shadow side. Gaining back this power boils down to one specific word. Honesty. Being honest with yourself is one of the more difficult things to do. It is daunting to see your impulses arise. It is sad when you act out in a manner you later regret. One of the most difficult things in life is admitting to a mistake. Unfortunately, the truth is the truth. A mental truth is just as real as a physical truth.

The psychological truth is the shadow is a part of us. It is not going anywhere. You can mask, pray, think positive vibes only, it may bring momentary pleasure. But if you want lasting changes, if you want some power back, you have to take a step towards this dual side of your psyche.
Towards a part of YOU.

Form a relationship with the shadow within. Watch it’s moments and impulses. Analyze your projections and dreams. Danger may be lurking within. It’s your choice whether to deny this side of you or balance out the poles of your inner energy.
Again, we are energy and energy needs a positive (+) and negative (-) to be alive.

I challenge you to face your shadow, integrate it into consciousness, and remove the dangers or evil that may possess us. What do you have to lose? Comfort? It’s fleeting. Your mask?
It’s fake.
Be real, be you, accept you, be honest with you, and most importantly, love all of YOU.
