Body & Mind.

This pair of opposites can be linked with the previous post. Body is linked to material, whereas mind is correlated with energy. The body has its physical organs, and the mind has its non-physical thoughts and emotions.

Through this connection, you begin to see how both mind and body influence each other.

As we think and feel, our body acts. As we act, our mind thinks and/or feels.

They are interconnected; within the same scope of the famous ancient principle...

“As above so below, as below so above”

Through this connection, you can begin to see a wholistic view of what makes up YOU. If you limit your focus on just the body, through diet and exercise, you blind yourself from another half of your nature. This same principle can be applied to one who only focuses on the mind.

When both are in your awareness, building a sense of wellness into YOU, changes to your reality will begin to take shape.

When the two are in harmony, energy can flow fluidly.
You feel connected.
Balanced.
Present.

If you are confused about this connection, think about this...

When you’re sick, do you feel mentally active and positive? In addition, if you are feeling stressed or depressed notice how your body reacts.

Throughout this series, we’ve attempted to bring to light the fact that nature, our reality, can be viewed in pairs of opposites. They provide the conscious order to the chaos we call life.

If you can begin to widen your perspective, you will begin to notice the true laws of nature. You can unchain yourself from limiting judgments and beliefs. You may set yourself free from what has been holding you back.
