This pair of opposites is one you cannot deny. You can feel your physical skin, yet know you are made of atoms. And atoms are made of energy. Hence, we are all matter and energy.

Not only are we both matter and energy, but so is the world around us. Our favorite example is our atmosphere.

Think about a coming thunderstorm. First, the atmosphere is calm, sunny, and bright. Then, clouds start to build and the wind begins to pick up. All of the sudden, thunder lightning occur and it begins to rain. If you just notice the physical manifestation, it will look like magic.

When you look behind the scenes, that is begin to realize the dynamics of energy that create the storm, this relationship begins to make sense.

JOSEPH’S PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
Through my professional work as a meteorologist, I realized the POWER that energy holds. It moves and shapes our physical reality. It is the magician behind the scenes. It is the cause to the material effect.
After studying psychology and applying principles to my own mind, I began to notice this relationship internally. My internal energies, which can be viewed as our thoughts and emotions, create our physical actions. In addition, though my own experiments, I noticed that the physical can also influence energy. Signifying their polarity or Oneness.

How They Influence each other...

Physical Influencing Non-Physical

If your physical work space is a mess, your internal energies tend to match it. Thus, typically resulting in “messy work”. On the contrary, when your space is cleaned and in order, energy flows with more creativity and intuition.

Non-Physical Influencing The Physical

If you put on a sad song, you may begin to feel and think from that sense of energy. In addition, it may trigger an unconscious memory within your psyche. If you put on dance music, you may begin to feel more uplifting thoughts and emotions.
